ROSS BARKLEY is inside the M25 and wants to complete a move to one of the big London clubs.
The England international is determined to leave Everton and develop his career elsewhere and that looks like nation’s capital – according to Football Whispers.

Barkley has netted 21 goals in 150 games for the Everton first-team over six years and was once heralded as one of the most promising youngsters in English football.
But he seems to have had enough of Ronald Koeman, despite making 39 appearances last season.
Arsenal look as though they are set to miss out on Thomas Lemar, despite selling Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
It also looks like Alexis Sanchez will STAY at Arsenal.
It could impact their business in terms of singing Barkley as well, with Tottenham reluctant to spend too much money on transfers.
